Each individual may hold only one bt777 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended. All accounts must be registered in the player's own name with accurate personal information. Accounts registered with false details may be permanently closed.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using bt777 complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. bt777 does not warrant the legality of its services in any specific territory. Pakistani players must satisfy themselves as to applicable local legislation before registering.
bt777 processes deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer, and card payment. All players are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to their winnings under Pakistani law.
All promotions offered by bt777 are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until all associated conditions are met. Abuse of bonus offers may result in account suspension.

3.1 To use bt777 Services you must create an Account by completing the registration form with accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details.
3.2 You may open only one Account on the bt777 Platform. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held therein.
3.3 bt777 operates a KYC verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a CNIC issued by NADRA) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed. bt777 may pause withdrawal processing until KYC documentation is verified to its satisfaction.
3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must notify bt777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. bt777 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.5 bt777 reserves the right to close an Account that has been dormant (no login activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months. Notice will be sent to the registered email address prior to closure. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following successful KYC verification.
4.1 bt777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah), Visa and Mastercard debit cards, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

4.3 bt777 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bt777 bears no responsibility.
4.4 Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposit, unless an alternative has been approved by bt777 in writing. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering.
4.5 bt777 targets the following withdrawal processing times: JazzCash and Easypaisa – within 60 minutes; bank transfer – within 2 business days. These are targets, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to KYC verification, fraud checks, or payment processor issues outside bt777's control.
4.6 bt777 reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the Player's Account and withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold.
4.7 Winnings are subject to any applicable taxes under Pakistani law. bt777 does not deduct taxes at source but Players are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes on their own winnings.
5.1 bt777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other promotional offers to Players. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that will be published alongside the offer.
5.2 All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be bet before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
5.3 Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
5.4 bt777 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it determines that bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other activity intended to circumvent wagering requirements has taken place.
5.5 VIP loyalty programme benefits, including cashback rates, point multipliers, and tier-specific perks, are determined solely by bt777 and may be modified at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.
5.6 bt777 reserves the right to amend, cancel, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-run, accrued qualifying activity up to the point of cancellation will be honoured where reasonably practicable.
6.1 All games available on the bt777 Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for game outcome determination, or in the case of live dealer games, outcomes are determined by genuine physical events (card draws, wheel spins, dice rolls) in a supervised studio environment.
6.2 bt777's decision on the outcome of any game is final. In the event of a dispute between the displayed result in the game interface and the result recorded in bt777's server logs, the server-side record shall prevail.
6.3 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or other malfunction during a game round, bt777 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server records. If reconstruction is not possible, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the Player.
6.4 bt777 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event with incorrectly listed odds due to a manifest error, or placed in a manner that exploits a known software bug or loophole.
6.5 Sports betting outcomes are determined by the relevant governing body's official result. bt777 may use third-party data providers for live scores and results. Discrepancies between third-party data and official results will be resolved in favour of the official result.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bt777 Platform:
7.2 bt777 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, and to void all bets and forfeit all Bonus Funds held in such Accounts. Confirmed fraud may be reported to relevant law enforcement agencies.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bt777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.3 bt777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by law.

12.1 You may close your bt777 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining after all pending bets are settled will be returned to you via your registered payment method after KYC verification.
12.2 bt777 may suspend or terminate your Account without prior notice if: (a) you breach these Terms; (b) bt777 suspects fraudulent activity; (c) bt777 is required to do so by a regulatory or legal obligation; or (d) bt777 ceases to offer services in your jurisdiction.
12.3 Upon Account termination for breach, bt777 may withhold any Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, bt777 may forfeit such funds in accordance with applicable law.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
13.2 In the event of a dispute relating to your bt777 Account or any game outcome, you should first contact bt777 customer support at [email protected] with a full description of your complaint. bt777 aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
13.3 bt777's decision on any complaint relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, or account matters is final once all internal review processes have been completed.
14.1 bt777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email to the address on file at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory reasons.
